Bob found his creative side with his first camera purchase about 30 years ago. He knew nothing about photography but occasionally took a good picture. In 2000 after a lot of trial and error, Bob got serious, bought a good Nikon camera and read the book “Understanding Exposure” by Bryan Peterson. It got better quickly. He currently uses a Nikon D810 SLR with three lenses. He uses software for post processing. He prints only in color and likes to print big. He prints on canvas, acrylic, metal and glass. All unframed.
Bob prefers landscape and architecture images. Sometimes people sneak in. His passion is Texas wildflowers. He has spent many hours roaming the backroads of Texas in the Spring. Sadly wildflowers are in a steep decline and hard to find anymore. Bob also has many images from Europe, Mexico and US national parks.
